Hunt Slonem

Born in 1951 in Kittery, Maine, he lived in many states during his childhood and has traveled throughout the world.
Graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA
First solo exhibition took place in 1977 at the Fischbach Gallery
Since that first show, his work has been exhibited internationally many times, including at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg
He has made it his personal mission to bring attention to and preserve many historical landmarks, including Cordt’s Mansion in Kingston, NY, and Charles Sumner Woolworth’s Mansion in Scranton, PA.
