Ian Tremewen

Born in Montreal, much of his life has been spent in the Caribbean and Hawaiian tropics.
Now based in Australia, his work reflects the interest he feels for light, space and shadow working in sculpture, contemporary glass and textiles.
His images reflect a free and playful quality, mixing bright cheerful colors with figurative images of trees, buildings, and other unexpected elements
His work has received recognition world-wide and is included in numerous public and private collections.
