Murray Stewart
- Born in 1919 and educated in Toronto. Died in November, 2006, in Toronto.
- After a five year art course he had his first painting accepted in the annual 1939 show of the Canadian Society of Painters in watercolor.
- In 1962 he had his first solo exhibition at Eaton’s Fine Art Gallery in Toronto and exhibited with them for about twenty years.
- His works have been exhibited in public and private galleries throughout Canada, Europe and the United States.
