Studied at the University of Toronto School or Architecture; the National Theatre School in Montreal; the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture; with Ansel Adams in Yosemite; and Carleton University School of Architecture, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1975.
